#39: IFrameShim should be "zero'd" out for best results (Open)

In the constructor of UI.IframeShim the style property should contain the following. style: ‘left:0px;top:0px;width:0px;height:0px;................

Otherwise, the initial load of the shim makes the horizontal scroll bars appear in some views.
